For over fifty years I have been an organization development consultant. My interests and areas of practice have been in the design of self-managed education and training; the practice of consulting and small group facilitation; organization culture; training in influencing skills, and the facilitation of dialogue. In my current practice I am involved in coaching managers, 'shadow-consulting' with consultants, and convening groups for dialogue and conversation.
For a number of years my great passion has been to encourage organizations and individuals more fully to access the power of love in the workplace. I have been addressing this issue by writing, by convening conversations among consultants, managers and educators, as well as by creating a workshop on the subject.
